Windows Internet Explorer users need to go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Printing and make sure that the checkbox next to Print background colors and images is checked. Click OK and you should be able to print now.
Mac users should print as usual, but make sure that Print Backgrounds is checked.
